MARIN MAN……..Urban ride…..

Sometimes its not easy getting out into the great british countryside, sometimes you want to just head right out of the door. Riding around the city does not have to be dull and can really help with your bike handling skills if you hammer it! (and boy, do i need the help). It’s also amazing what you can see and how positive it can be, if you have the right mind-set. Road works, cars and seemingly blind pedestrians can be like trail obstacles if you are positive. Its all good mentally as well as physically.

ps – what a work of art…. and the painting was cool too!
