When What Mountain Bike wanted to run a test on bikes that BIG BLOKES can ride we knew just what to give them – the tough Rocky Ridge. Forget the whippety, string thin brigade – if you’re well proportioned you will love this one!  They did: the Rocky Ridge won their gold award and a value shield! Buy the April magazine or read the full review here.ridge.jpg More »

The Whistler Mountain Bike site is a revered place for enthusiasts who want to know what our American cousins make of the MTBs we see every day in the UK. Reviewer Chris Armstrong has turned his sights to the Marin WolF Ridge and rode it hard for a day with solstice5.jpgcolleague Mark Vanek (pictured). What did Chris make of the bike? Read his full review at http://www.whistlermountainbike.com/wmb/index.php?content=022208-marin-wolf-ridge.

Chris says: ” Bottom line, is it a good bike? Well frankly, it is hard to make a full judgment based on a day of riding. But funny enough, it felt like I had been riding the Wolf Ridge for sometime. As we rode I felt completely comfortable on the bike and nothing seems to be out of my reach. The 140mm air suspended market segment is going to grow further as everyone realizes they can be ridden in almost all conditions. “
